Breakfast with the Boss

Every quarter, all Raymond James associates are invited to share breakfast with Chairman Tom James and CEO Paul Reilly. These informal meetings – held at our international headquarters in St. Petersburg, Florida, and broadcast live via videoconference to our operations center in Southfield, Michigan – provide an opportunity for associates to keep up to date on current events and issues affecting the company and the markets by interacting directly with members of senior management.

The company uses Breakfast with the Boss events as open forums for explaining business decisions, as well as soliciting constructive feedback and suggestions for improving the firm. It’s one more way Raymond James strives to engage associates and value their opinions.
