Kelly Schachleiter

Kelly joined the firm in May 2016 as part of the USDA Rural Development Finance group. She is responsible for facilitating the USDA Direct & Guarantee Loan Application process for clients from initial engagement through loan closing. She communicates with USDA professionals as well as other project team professionals, such as environmental, architectural, and feasibility providers to ensure the USDA’s process and requirements for approval are achieved in a timely manner. Kelly’s efforts also include creating USDA sector marketing materials and presentations.

Prior to joining the firm, Kelly was employed by ClearArc Capital in Cincinnati, OH. She received a Bachelor of Communication Studies degree from the University of Tennessee. Kelly currently holds Series 52 and Series 63 FINRA licenses.
