Convenience This score is based on how investors rate the ease of accessing information, variety of options to access account information, variety of options to conduct transactions, hours of office operation, ease of changing account, and proximity of locations to work/home.	Account Statements This score is based on how investors rate their primary full-service investment firm on the clarity of account statements, usefulness of account statements information, and the accuracy of monthly statements.
