June 25, 2009 RAYMOND JAMES LISTED AS A TOP WORKPLACE ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. – Raymond James Financial, Inc. (NYSE-RJF) was recently selected for the fourth year in a row as one of the top workplaces for information technology (IT) professionals in IDG’s Computerworld, the “Voice of IT Management.” This honor is part of the weekly publication’s 16th annual “Best Places to Work in IT” survey, published in a recent issue of Computerworld and online at Computerworld.com. “To be chosen for the fourth year in a row as one of the top places to work in IT is very gratifying,” said Tim Eitel, chief information officer for Raymond James. “Our associates are to be commended for continuing to make Raymond James such a great work environment, and not just for IT professionals, but our entire workforce.” Since 1994, Computerworld’s annual “Best Places to Work in IT” feature has ranked the top 100 work environments for technology professionals, based on a comprehensive questionnaire regarding company offerings such as benefits, diversity, career development, training and retention.
